La Vie, a French plant-based bacon brand, made its UK supermarket debut in Sainsbury’s back in September 2022. The brand’s bacon is made with sunflower oil, soy protein, and pea protein, and it is free from gluten, soy, and cholesterol. And IT. IS. GOOD.

La Vie’s bacon rashers have that authentic bacon taste, feel, and smell… it’s JUST. SO. GOOD.

La Vie’s bacon is available in two varieties: rashers and strips. The rashers are made to look and taste like traditional bacon rashers, while the strips are designed to be used in recipes that call for bacon bits.

The good people at Crackd only went and cracked it! Crackd’s Vegan Quiche: A Delicious and Sustainable Snack or Side Dish

Crackd is a UK-based company that produces plant-based food products. One of their most popular products is the vegan quiche and for good reason. It’s completely, totally, fabulously delicious.. and really close to the old-fashioned egg-based quiches.

Our favourite is the caramelised onion quiche. Scrummy!

The quiche is made with a tofu-based custard and is filled with spinach, mushrooms, and onions. The vegan quiche is a delicious and sustainable snack or side dish option. It’s high in protein and fibre and a good source of vitamins and minerals. The quiche is also gluten-free and soy-free, making it an excellent option for people with dietary restrictions.
